Terms of Service

These terms set the working rules for using Invoicetastic to create, manage, and send business documents.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply when you create an Invoicetastic account, join a workspace, use the product, or access product features made available to you by a workspace owner.

If you use Invoicetastic for a company, studio, partnership, or other organisation, you must have authority to act for that organisation when you accept these terms or manage its workspace.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use team access responsibly. Workspace owners control workspace-level settings, team membership, billing choices, and the customer-facing identity used on documents.

Do not share access in a way that bypasses permissions or makes it unclear who created, changed, approved, or sent a document.

Trials, plans, billing, and cancellation

Invoicetastic may offer a free trial before a paid subscription starts. The plan, price, billing period, renewal terms, and any checkout-specific details shown when you subscribe form part of your agreement.

Paid billing is handled through the billing flow provided for your account. You are responsible for keeping billing details current and reviewing plan changes before confirming them.

You can cancel through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your workspace should keep working until the end of the current paid billing period unless a different checkout term, legal right, or written agreement applies.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We may review refunds for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, accidental renewals reported within 7 days, material service issues, or where a refund is required by law. We do not normally provide prorated refunds simply because you cancel part-way through a billing period.

Your documents and client information

You keep responsibility for the information you put into invoices, quotes, templates, client records, projects, expenses, receipt uploads, logos, payment instructions, and other workspace content. That includes accuracy, permissions, tax treatment, payment terms, accounting categorisation, and the decision to send a document.

Invoicetastic helps you create and deliver records. It is not your accountant, tax adviser, solicitor, debt collector, or payment-dispute adjudicator.

Acceptable use

You must not use Invoicetastic to commit fraud, impersonate another person or business, mislead recipients about payment, distribute malicious content, abuse public links, probe the service without permission, or interfere with the security or availability of the product.

We may restrict or suspend access where needed to protect users, recipients, the service, or legal compliance.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Invoicetastic reliable and useful, but software changes over time. Features, limits, templates, integrations, and public-facing workflows may change as the product develops.

Material changes to paid terms should be communicated through an appropriate account, billing, or product notice before they take effect where required.

Ending access and data

You may stop using the service. We may end or restrict access if you breach these terms, create platform risk, or if continuing service is not lawful or practical.

Account closure does not automatically erase every record immediately. Retention, export, deletion, and legal-record handling need to follow the Privacy Notice and the operational rules that apply to the records involved.

Liability and responsibility

You should review important documents before sending them and keep the records you need for your business. To the extent permitted by law, Invoicetastic is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate content you enter, business decisions you make from that content, or ordinary disputes between a sender and recipient.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
