How Invoicetastic uses cookies and browser storage
We keep this list focused on what Invoicetastic currently uses.
Session and authentication
When you sign in, Invoicetastic sets a session cookie that keeps you logged in as you move between pages. This cookie is required for the product to work. It is removed when you sign out or your session expires.
Regional and language preference
If you use the region or locale selector on the marketing site or the Learn section, Invoicetastic stores your preference in a cookie so it persists between visits. This is a functional preference. It remembers a choice you made and is not used for tracking or advertising.
Theme preference
If you switch between light and dark mode, your preference is saved in your browser's local storage. This is stored on your device only and is used to apply your chosen appearance on return visits and to avoid a flash of the wrong theme on page load.
Template and gallery view preference
If you change how templates or gallery views are displayed, your preference is saved in local storage so it persists between visits. This is a display preference only.
Editor and workflow session recovery
While editing a draft invoice, quote, recurring model, or related document workflow, Invoicetastic may use session storage to hold temporary work-in-progress or navigation context so the product can recover your place if the page is refreshed during your session. This storage exists only while your browser session is active and is not used outside the editor or workflow that created it.
Other transient session storage
Invoicetastic uses a small amount of session storage for transient interface state within a session, such as remembering your current view, workspace switch state, list search, or filter context while navigating. This is not used for tracking or profiling.
What Invoicetastic does not currently use
Invoicetastic does not currently use advertising pixels, marketing analytics scripts, or other non-essential tracking storage. If that changes, this page and any relevant controls will be updated before new storage is used.
Managing cookies and storage
Most browsers let you view, clear, or block cookies and local storage through their settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent sign-in from working. Clearing local storage will reset your theme and display preferences.
